Dog Walking

Food
Is included within the price of your pets stay with us.
Diet and Medication
All tailored dietary requirements can easily be met and medication can be given should it be necessary.
Grooming Service
Francesca runs a grooming service on site, so why not treat your dog to a full MOT while here. More info click here
Vet Treatment
Our own vet is on call 24 hours should your pet need treatment. Your own vet would be contacted for any ongoing problems that you are aware of.
Winter Heating
Heating is supplied free of charge during the winter months.
Bringing your own items
You are welcome to bring your own blankets, bedding and toys.
Vaccinations
Dogs vaccinations are a must. They need their yearly boosters and an up to date vaccination card needs to be brought with each stay.
Kennel Cough Vaccine
Your dog does not need this vaccination to stay with us. But if you do decide to have it done, please make sure it is done at least three weeks prior to your dog's stay or sadly you will be turned away.
Kennel Costs
The day you bring your pet in will be charged at a full day, whether it is drop off in the morning or afternoon. The day you collect, if collected before 11am no charge will be made for that day.
Discount available for more than one dog staying with us, please ask for details.

Cancellation Policy
We have never felt the need to have a hard standing policy.
Why
Because we very rarely get let down by our loyal customers. We never charge for cancellations or early returns in our quiet times when we are not full. But a courtesy call if our services are not needed is appreciated. So we can help someone else.
When we are full, we would like to think people would realise as with caravan sites, hotels etc,
you would not cancel or leave early and expect not to incur a charge.

We are closed on a Sunday for drop off, collections, and visits.
